Straffe Hendrik Wild 2025 24 x 33cl

Straffe Hendrik Wild is a wild variant of our well-known Straffe Hendrik Tripel. The beer undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle with wild Brettanomyces yeast, which ensures a longer natural shelf life and allows it to be stored for up to 5 years. During this secondary fermentation, the flavours continue to develop and mature. Since the beer is only bottled once a year, each edition is available in limited quantities.
