By placing an order, you agree to their applicability to the exclusion of any other terms.
ART. 1 – Offers
The offers on our website are valid while stocks last. All items offered in our webshop are normally in stock and available for delivery. However, it may occur that an item is not sufficiently available, especially when ordering larger quantities of a specific product. One of our staff members will inform you accordingly.
It may also happen that an item is temporarily out of stock due to late deliveries from suppliers or temporary shortages at supplier level. You can choose to be notified when the product is back in stock. Upon request, we will contact you as soon as it becomes available again.
ART. 2 – Prices
All prices are in euros, including 21% VAT, excluding shipping costs.
Shipping costs depend on the country of destination and the weight of the parcel.
These costs are always clearly indicated before you confirm your order.
ART. 3 – Orders
Orders are placed exclusively online. An order is only accepted after you have selected and confirmed your payment method.
ART. 4 – Payment
§1
Payments should preferably be made online via Mollie: Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact/Mistercash.
If you choose to pay by Visa or Mastercard credit card, the amount will be debited immediately after payment confirmation.
You may also transfer the amount to bank account IBAN BE50 3800 0895 7518 in the name of Huisbrouwerij De Halve Maan (BIC: BBRUBEBB). Please make sure to include your unique order number, which you receive upon order confirmation, so we can process your payment quickly.
In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to:
(1) require advance payment before making further deliveries
(2) cancel subsequent orders
§2
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded in cash or exchanged.
They can only be used in the webshop and physical shop.
They are rechargeable.
ART. 5 – Delivery
Once the order has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation and dispatch the goods.
ART. 6 – Delivery time
After acceptance of your order, delivery will take place within 1 to 5 working days (maximum 7 days for countries outside the Benelux).
For made-to-order products, a longer delivery time may apply. This will always be clearly communicated by email.
We strive to respect these delivery times, but they are not binding.
We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is frequently present. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the postal service will leave a notice inviting you to collect the parcel at the post office. Parcels not collected within the indicated period will be returned to us.
Reshipping is possible subject to an additional cost equal to the original shipping fee.
ART. 7 – Receipt of goods
If the packaging is damaged, please inform the courier immediately and check the contents together. Always contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund. It is advisable to take a photo of the damaged parcel.
If you accept the parcel, the delivery is considered accepted and you confirm that there are no visible defects.
ART. 8 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to inform the company that they wish to withdraw from the purchase, without penalty and without stating a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery (Art. 46, section 2, distance contracts).
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, undamaged and sufficiently prepaid. You must always notify us in writing in advance (preferably by email via [email protected]).
Return shipping costs will be reimbursed once we receive the parcel. Returns are made at the sender’s risk, in this case the customer.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible.
Please note: unannounced returns will not be credited.
If a parcel is unjustifiably refused, it will be stored at your expense and risk.
