Straffe Hendrik Wild is a wild variety of our Straffe Hendrik Tripel. The traditional tripel beer is re-fermented with a wild "Brettanomyces" yeast, which creates distinctive fruity aromas that harmonise with the rich use of aromatic hop varieties.

We leave the beer to mature for at least 3 months in our heating chamers. This refermentation with wild yeasts gives the beer a longer natural shelf life and an evolution in taste over the years.
